AI, youth unemployment and stalled school-to-work transitions are changing what students need from schools. At Cannexus27, Canada’s Career Development Conference, school counsellors will examine how career education can build resilience, strengthen equity and open up meaningful pathways for youth.
Cannexus27 takes place in Ottawa and virtually, Jan. 25–27, 2027, under the theme Navigating Uncertainty, Creating Possibility, bringing together 1,600+ career development professionals, including school counsellors, teachers, principals and system leaders. The program features 150+ sessions from across Canada and around the world, including:
